Shipping times

Please allow time for your order to be shipped, I am a small business and do everything to get orders out within a timely manner but I am only one person and things can take time. Orders with ready to ship items are shipped much quicker than items I have to make before shipping. Custom items or items that I make will take an estimated two weeks to ship. This is an estimate and I do not guarantee that they will ship by that 2 week mark. 

Promo Codes

Any promo codes must be applied at checkout, I cannot apply those codes after the order has been placed.

Returns

Our products are primarily custom made and therefore we do not offer returns or exchanges. If there is a situation in which I feel calls for a return, it will ONLY be issued in the form of store credit. International orders cannot be returned for any reason. 

If a return is granted, Purchaser IS responsible for all shipping costs on the returning package. ITEMS MUST BE PACKED WITH CARE in new packaging.

Just Peachy Double Wide Designs is not responsible for

-any shipping delays

-lost, damaged or marked delivered items. JPDWD offers Route Shipping Protection and if that is not utilized at checkout there is nothing I can do to help you. 

-If the package is lost or damaged and you have not purchased Route shipping protection you can file a claim with USPS or UPS. 

If there is an issue with your order, please let me know within 7 days of arrival and I will be happy to fix the issue.  

Exchanges

Due to our limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for making a separate purchase for the desired size, color or any other variation.

Incorrect Address 

If Just Peachy Double Wide Designs receives a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost.

Damaged or wrong item

If there are any issues, such as damage to items purchased or you have received the wrong item, please send clear photos of your item(s) and your receipt to justpeachydoublewidedesigns@gmail.com  WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY. We will review this email and send a prepaid label for a return. You have 7 DAYS to ship the return back to us. If the items are not sent back within those 7 days the item(s) will no longer be accepted. 

STORE CREDIT will be issued for damaged goods. There are no exceptions for this policy. Items that have been worn and claimed damaged will not be accepted.
